ゼミ 設営マニュアル †

- 当該週のResearch Designの担当の方が朝の設営担当です。
手順 †
- （できれば）窓を開けて、空気を入れ替える。
- スクリーンを下ろす。
- スクリーンの左下角に白い棒があります。棒を手にとります。
- スクリーンの真上に三角形の鉤があります。棒の先をそれに引っ掛けて真下に引き下ろしてください。途中から手で下ろしたほうがいいかもしれません。棒が鍵から外れてしまうことがあるため）。
- 高さを調節するために、一度下ろしたスクリーンを上げる必要があるときは、スクリーンを少し下に引き、それから上に上げると上がります。
- プロジェクターをセッティングする。
- プロジェクターは院生室入口入ってすぐ左手の棚の一番上にあります。黒いケースに入っています。
- ケースからプロジェクター、ケーブル（黒、白）、ポインターを取り出します。
- プロジェクターを院生室の机の真ん中あたりに置きます。
- プロジェクターの下に敷く雑誌を取り出します（プロジェクターを安定させて置くため）。文房具ケースの上の棚に、「Office」と記載のある厚みのある冊子があります。
- 冊子をプロジェクターの下に敷きます。
- 黒のケーブルをプロジェクターにつなぎます。もう一方の端は、ACアダプターにつなぎます。
- 白のケーブルには、両端に「UMIN」と表記があります。一方が青、もう一方が白の端末です。青の端末を、プロジェクターの裏面にある4か所のコネクター（四角い形）のうち、「RBG IN」（左上）につなぎます。白の端は、院生各自のパソコンにつなぎます。コネクターは通常パソコンの後面にあります。
- プロジェクターの脇にある電源ボタンをONにします。電源を入れるのみだと立ち上がらないことが多いので、プロジェクター上面のボタン（ランプ）を押していると次第に立ち上がってくることが多いです。
- プロジェクターのレンズを囲んでいる黒い筒を回してフォーカスを合わせます。
- プロジェクターの足を調整して高さを合わせます。
- ポインターをセッティングする
- 電池が切れていないか確認する。電池が切れていたら、秘書さんに替えをお願いする。
- 参考：【遠隔操作】黒いUSBをパワーポイントプレゼンテーションファイルが表示されているパソコン差し込むと、発表者とは別のパソコンからポインターを使ってスライド送りなどの操作ができます。
